All cakes are home made, using the best quality ingredients with fresh eggs and butter, in either Fruit Cake or Sponge.
Fruit cakes can be made with real brandy or rum if clients have a preference then covered with marzipan and soft icing. Fruit cakes can be made the traditional way with whole fruit or alternatively the fruit can be blended to give a smooth finish.

Fruit Cake
Rich fruit cakes are usually cut in slices measuring approximately 2.5cm x 2.5cm (1 inch x 1 inch). Remember that the chart is only a guide:

Extra Cake
If you are having a large wedding and would not like to display a cake with several tiers or if you would just like to keep costs down, it is always an idea to order extra non-decorated cake for cutting. This can be kept in the kitchen until ready to serve your guests. Prices of fruit cutting cakes are as follows:

Delivery
It is paramount that the cake is transported and displayed appropriately. We deliver at no cost for the first three miles and at a charge of £1 per mile round trip thereafter. Minimum delivery charge is £30. All cakes are dispatched in appropriate boxes.

Note that “Yell” does not return you here using the back button so you may want to add my site to your favourites before visiting the journey calculator.
Cake Stands and Ceremonial Knives
It may be worth enquiring from your caterers as most large wedding venues and caterers will provide these as part of the catering package. However, we are able to provide these to local customers for a refundable deposit of £200 which will be returned when the items are brought back. These will need to be returned within a week following the function
